What We Do
We provide the space (a private room) the protective clothing and gear (goggles, masks, coveralls, gloves, hard hats), various implements from which to choose (baseball bats, golf clubs, sledge hammers, tennis rackets, wiffle ball bats, badmitton racquets) and the objects of destruction (bottles, glasses, plates and other glass wear, as well as tables, chairs, or small appliances if you prefer) and the time (15-30 minute sessions), which is usually quite long enough!
And when you’re done beating the hell out of whatever objects you’ve chosen -- after you’ve yelled, screamed and maybe even cried your release -- we’ll clean up the mess. AND, we’ll also show you how to turn the shards of what’s left from your session as an expressed and expelled testament to your released rage, into an eclectic and personal piece of art that also serves as a reminder on your steady path forward that you’ve already done some significant work to heal yourself and propel yourself toward the direction of your greatest dreams on your life’s journey!
We will also provide energetic clearing for you during your work with us, that will ensure that you leave feeling lighter in body and spirit and at the same time very full as you’ll be filled up with Divine Light flowing into all of the cracks and crevices deep within where the hurt, pain, resentment, anger and rage used to live. We’ll also sage you and surround you with Angelic Light as you leave. Our clients often report feeling lighter and more free than they’ve felt in years, or possibly, ever.
Booking a Small Group or Party Session
Choose the group or party package below, along with any add-ons you'd like to complement your holistic physical, emotional and energetic releasing experience at The Art of Anger. You may elect to create a unique work of art from the shards of your session, immediately following your session, or you may choose to make a separate appointment to come in and create your work of art. If so, you can choose to have us store the remnants from your session for your use within 30 days from your releasing session for a nominal fee.
As an Art of Anger client, once you complete a session with us, you'll be eligible to purchase future sessions, other healing work for yourself, workshops, seminars, and retreats, or gift certificates for others, at a 20% discount. In order to activate this savings, your additional purchases must be made the day of your session, either on site or online using your unique customer number.
All sessions include pre-screening, orientation, pre/post aura cleansing (A $77 value).
